A. Shipping & Delivery Policy
- In case of COD, products will be handed over once the payment is done.
- We will not be responsible for shipping delays as parcel will be in best care of third party service.
- Estimated delivery time is 7-10 working days excluding weekends.
- Tracking details will be shared on your given number.

- Courier partner will make 2 attempts for delivery at your doorstep.
B. Cancellation Policy
Immediate Cancellation (Within 30 Minutes of Order Placement)

- If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 30 minutes of placing it by visiting the “My Account” section on our website. This allows us to process your request promptly and ensure a hassle-free experience.

Cancellation Before Shipment

- If your order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel it by contacting us via email at jbdagroventure@gmail.com. In this case, your order will be canceled, and we will refund the entire amount within 7-10 business days after processing your cancellation request.

- If your order has already been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with us at jbdagroventure@gmail.com. If the order has been handed over to our logistics partner, they may still attempt delivery. In such cases, kindly do not accept the delivery. Once we receive the product back and verify its packaging condition, we will refund your money within 10-15 business days. Please note, INR 50 will be charged as shipping or pickup fees for cancellations or exchanges after dispatch, and this amount will be deducted from your total refund.

C. Returns
At Spicehub, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased from [spicehub.com] (the “Site”) and receiving a refund.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your returned item. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds:
- If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within [15] days.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

- A description of the issue
- Photos of the defective or damaged product
We will provide instructions on how to proceed, and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the expected processing time:

- Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

7. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be refunded unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
